Complete One Time Registration (OTR).
OTR will be available from 21 August 2026, 12:00 Noon.
Complete your profile and enter the required personal and educational details.
After OTR, select the Stenographer Grade-III recruitment.
Fill in the online application form.
Upload the required documents/certificates.
Government employees must upload the required No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Pay the ?300 examination fee + ?25 convenience fee + applicable gateway charges.
Check all details carefully.
Submit the application before 03 September 2026, 12:00 Noon.
Save/download the submitted application for future reference.
Important: Application forms will not be issued from the NPSC office. Applications must be submitted online through the OTR process.
