Taking dictation in Hindi and English shorthand.
Transcribing shorthand notes into typed documents.
Typing official letters, reports and correspondence.
Maintaining office files and records.
Preparing official documents.
Providing secretarial support to officers.
Handling computer-based office work.
Performing other stenographic and administrative duties assigned by the Institute.
